Dala Smart stores account information, farm records, livestock records, animal identifiers, RFID movement events, health records, photos uploaded by the user, and support chat messages needed to provide the service.
How we use data
We use data to manage farms and livestock, authenticate users, sync information between devices, provide RFID movement history, and answer support questions inside the app.
Sharing
We do not sell user data. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers used to operate the app, such as hosting, database, storage, authentication, analytics, and AI service providers.
User control
Users can edit their profile and livestock information in the app. Users can also request account deletion from the app settings.
